In partnership with a national house builder we found, designed and built out a bespoke site of 4 dwellings, which all sold quickly and above the appraisal targets.
Moor Court
We were asked to take over a build that was started by a house builder as they were too stretched to press forward with other sites, Focon took over at the early stages and have worked in a sale driven staged development which is now drawing to a close.
