Focon Limited...Founded 2011

Based in Cheshire, Focon Limited (founded in June 2011) is a relatively new company, however it possesses over 30 years of construction knowledge, specialising in Design and build projects.

We originally setup to build bespoke properties for a National House Builder, Our latest site has just been completed and all 4 houses have been sold for in excess of £625,000. Our role in this partnership was to source, design and build a premium housing development which delivers a high return on investment.

With the successful completion of this site we are now actively seeking new sites to take forward.
